We produce Measured building Surveys for offices, warehouses and residential buildings.
We are based in Swindon, Wiltshire, UK and cover the M4 corridor and further if required including Cornwall, Dorset, Devon, Hampshire, Somerset, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Sussex, Kent, London, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire to name a few.
Using the latest laser measuring devices and the trusty old tape measure, we first visit the site and take all the required dimensions including ceiling heights, window heights, window sill heights, door heights etc.
We then produce a floor plan in CAD with all required details noted on the plan. As well as the above details, which we note as standard, we can also include electrical and data points, fire detection, security equipment, heating systems, furniture layouts (space planning)etc.
If required we can also include an ordnance survey site location plan and denote boundaries or any other required details on the plan. These are normally required for a Land Registry Lease Plan.
Our CAD floor plans can also be used for HIPS and SAP Calculations.
Because all our plans are drawn in CAD we can very quickly and easily calculate Gross and Net internal areas.
